In case, due to any reason, you are not fully satisfied with our services related to ISO, we offer you to define our Return and Refund Policy. Any products or services sold by GIC are subject to the following terms (Get ISO Certificate).
Conditions of Returns - ISO Certificates.
In order to be eligible to receive a return, one must make sure that:
The ISO Certificate was purchased in the course of the past 7 days. The Certificate is in its original pack and condition. We will, at our own will, refuse any refund of any client who fails to comply with the above conditions of giving returns. The total amount refunded will be 50 percent. In 5-7 working days, the amount of refund will be returned to the bank account of the customer.
